Moving from communication skills, team member engagement and coaching, the Leadership Success Certification introduces the emotional intelligence competency of Self-Awareness and Self-Management. With the William Penn quote of “no man is fit to command another that cannot command himself”, as the baseline, this program will provide significant guidance in understanding the real you and your impact as a leader on the performance and engagement of others. Looking at blind spots, emotional composition and seeking personal feedback on who you are is covered in detail. From self-understanding this program also will present the skills needed to improve self-regulation, confidence, resilience, and connectivity to others.
After the deep look at you, the Leadership Success Certification delivers another competency of outstanding leadership; Empowerment and Delegation. No leader can do all and be all so empowerment of others is designed to develop team members and provide you with the time and capacity to apply your leadership skills and competencies. This program will give you the tools to work through common empowerment challenges and help you build your team for performance, engagement and succession.
Often described as natural or intuitive, Decision Making and Ethics are important leadership traits and skills. This program will guide participants through a series of triage work to determine the level of decision being made, the potential consequences of the decision and when to seek collaboration and when to make the decision as a leader. Understanding the complex and often confusing nature of ethical behavior at work. During your experience with the online certification, you will be guided through a series of interactive elements that include assessments, video, reading, audio, activities, books, reporting and discussion forums. You are guided through the process at your own pace with the support of our team and those who are also honing their leadership skills and competencies.
Once your order is processed and your online learning journey begins, one of our team members will contact you to assist you on your learning path. You will receive access to complete your DiSC® Assessment, your online login and directions on getting started. Each individual program is available to you for 180 days. You will receive the required programs in a cascading manner, meaning you will have access to the first program and when completed you will receive access to the next program.
Every program can be completed on any device that has an internet browser (laptop, desktop, tablet or smart phone). You can take a break whenever needed and return where you left off. All programs are provided to you at your own pace. Upon the completion of each program you will receive a certificate of completion for each program and one for the entire certification series.
