This program will look at the motivations why someone should consider a leadership position, the elements that change when moving into leadership and introduce the key roles and competencies associated with outstanding leadership. Very key components in this program include the relationship with team members, the shift of your role, not relying on past expertise and the ability for you to engage a high level of people based skills.
