Introduction to Leadership/Leadership Transition is the perfect starting point for all people moving into a supervisory, management or executive role and for those people who continue to want to grow as leaders in their organization.

1. Understand the differences in expectations and responsibilities in supervision and leadership.

2. Modify the nature of relationships with subordinates that, in many cases, were former peers.

3. Understand and begin using the different roles of successful leadership including coaching, tone setting and modeling required behaviors.

4. Utilize a translation methodology for communicating with subordinates and with your boss.
