Innovation and Change will also utilize a unique approach to assist in guiding others through change and how to minimize the impact of changing events on team members. Reducing the loss of productivity, stress and anxiety are covered in detail. This program deals directly with the reasons that people resist and struggle with change and how to overcome those obstacles. The program also connects participants to their role in change and how to exercise more influence and control in changing environments.

Innovation and Change provides an important set of competencies and skills needed to insure you and your organization remain on the cutting edge and not just replicating history. This program is designed to transform you and your company into change agents. Not for the sake of change but for real improvement and innovation.

This program will introduce two critical learning areas. Object Oriented Innovation is an approach to innovation that is focused on the end result or project goal. The other critical area is about using Champion and Challenger Methodologyto achieve constant improvement in processes and testing of existing methods with minimum risks.
