Innovation and Change will also utilize a unique approach to assist in guiding others through change and how to minimize the impact of changing events on team members. Reducing the loss of productivity, stress and anxiety are covered in detail. This program deals directly with the reasons that people resist and struggle with change and how to overcome those obstacles. The program also connects participants to their role in change and how to exercise more influence and control in changing environments.
