Establish and Sustain a healthy work environment.

1. Understand the key legal boundaries and definitions of harassment, sexual harassment, hostile working environments and discriminatory practices.
2. Learn how to respond and how not to respond to claims of harassment or bullying.
3. Develop a keen awareness for the warning signs and indicators of an issue that may rise to the level of harassment or bullying.
4. Create the documentation needed to fully explain situations and protect yourself and your organization.
