The first step in the SEE Edge individual development journey will be to complete the self-assessment. This form will also ask some key information about you and your position/function.
You will also want to look at our packages available and choose the solution that works best for you and your development.
From there we will suggest one of our team members for you to work with or you are free to ask for a specific coach that you believe fits your needs best.
After all that background is done, we may recommend seeking some input from other key stakeholders (team members, peers, boss, spouse, vendors, customers, etc.) using our confidential Stakeholder Feedback Process. We will also send you a link for the appropriate level of DiSC assessment.
Individual development does not need to be limited by geography.
We will deliver coaching to you wherever and whenever you need it. Our easy to use internet portal will allow you to sign on, see your coach and work with shared screens and documents while at the comfort of your desk or living room. Almost as good as being face-to-face.
If the internet portal is not your thing, we can conduct individual development via phone or in person with travel considerations.
