IMPACT

What is IMPACT?

IMPACT is a research based, empirically driven model based on rigorous analysis of what makes individuals and organizations successful.

The IMPACT competency framework is based on the expertise and insight from outstanding organizations and thought leaders across many disciplines.

Leadership is not dependent on title.

Leadership is a set of learned competencies. When mastered and authentically implemented this creates significant synergy between team members and their leader creating powerful outcomes and significant results.
